Position Overview
Nu-Pipe is seeking a Grouting Laborer to support grout injection operations for drainage pipe rehabilitation projects. This field-based role provides hands-on assistance with equipment setup, material handling, and site preparation.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with the operation of grout injection equipment
- Prepare, mix, and transport grout materials according to project requirements
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Support foremen and operators during injection processes
- Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and inspections of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Maintain organized records of materials and project activities
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or related field preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in challenging conditions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies
- Confined Space Entry experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate in English; Spanish is a plus
- Willingness to travel locally to multiple job sites
Work Schedule
- Full-time, field-based role
- Travel to multiple job sites within the Greater Jacksonville area required
