Want better work/life balance — without sacrificing a great career?
If you’re an experienced elevator mechanic who’s tired of being just a number, we’d love to meet you. We’re a locally owned company serving the Shenandoah Valley and tri-state area, and we believe great work and a great life outside of work shouldn’t be in competition with each other.

Who We Are
We’re a locally owned, well-respected elevator company that takes pride in doing things right — efficient, quality work for every client we serve. But just as much, we take pride in taking care of our people.
We operate as a close-knit team that genuinely looks out for one another. When someone faces a challenging job or an unexpected situation in the field, we work through it together — no one is left to figure it out on their own. That collaborative spirit is a big part of how we’ve built our reputation and why our people choose to stay.
We’re also a company that genuinely wants to see you grow. Whether that means picking up new skills, earning additional certifications, or moving into a bigger role down the road — we’re invested in your future here, not just your first day. When the team gets better, everyone wins, and that’s the kind of place we’re building together.
