Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
- Perform lawn aeration to improve soil quality and promote healthy grass growth.
- Clean up leaves, branches, and other debris from lawns and landscaped areas.
- Maintain and clean lawn care equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal safety and the safety of others on the job site.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is required.
- Knowledge of lawn care practices, including mowing, trimming, fertilization, and weed control.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and client satisfaction.
- Understanding and adherence to safety procedures while operating equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.
- Good verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks on time.
