Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating is hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician who wants to get their foot in the door of a growing, family-owned company and develop long-term skills in the HVAC industry. What You'll Earn

Schedule Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Some occasional overtime as needed)
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Deliver a high-quality, professional experience to every customer
- Conduct routine inspections, cleanings, and basic diagnostics
- Work alongside experienced techs while building your skills and confidence
- Help keep our clients' homes comfortable and healthy year-round
What You Need
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- HVAC training or at least 6 months of hands-on experience
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School (preferred)
