Role Description The Quality Control Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tulsa, OK, responsible for overseeing all quality control activities within the manufacturing and engineering operations. This role involves planning and monitoring inspection processes, reviewing test results, and ensuring products and systems meet internal standards and client requirements. The supervisor leads a team of quality control personnel, assigns daily tasks, coaches team members, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and reduce defects. Day-to-day responsibilities include documenting quality issues, collaborating with engineering, production, and logistics teams, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and updating quality procedures and checklists. The role also requires preparing reports for leadership, supporting audits, and promoting a culture of safety and quality across the facility.
Qualifications

- Strong Supervisory Skills to lead, schedule, and mentor quality control staff and coordinate cross-functional activities.
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to design, implement, and refine inspection and testing processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and recommending corrective and preventive actions.
- Relevant Laboratory Skills for managing testing environments, equipment calibration, and standardized measurement procedures.
- Experience in manufacturing, mechanical/electrical engineering, or related industrial settings.
- Knowledge of configuration management, documentation standards, and regulatory or industry quality requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Tulsa, OK, with strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving capabilities.
