Shen-Paco Industries is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support four adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. Job Responsibilities
? Assist four individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed
? Support independence, personal goals, and community involvement
? Prepare meals and assist with household tasks
? Administer medications according to established procedures
? Provide transportation to appointments and activities
? Complete required documentation and daily records
? Foster a safe, supportive, and positive home environment
? Encourage participation in recreational and social activities
? Rotating Schedule
Week 1 – 25 Hours
Sunday (MM): 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
? Monday: OFF
? Tuesday: OFF
? Wednesday: OFF
Thursday (KH): 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday (KH): 2:30 PM – 9:00 PM
? Saturday: OFF
Week 2 – 29 Hours
? Sunday: OFF
Monday (KH): 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Tuesday (KH): 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
? Wednesday: OFF
