Sheltering Arms Institute is seeking a Nursing Tech to join our night shift team (7pm-7am). The Nursing Tech is a key member of our care team working alongside nurses, doctors, therapists, and medical psychologists to provide direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care as directed by a licensed practitioner.

The Nursing Tech is a key member of our care team working alongside nurses, doctors, therapists, and medical psychologists to provide direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care as directed by a licensed practitioner.
Preferred
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in acute care or inpatient rehab experience as a nursing assistant or aide
Required
- Completion of a state recognized CNA program
- Nurse Aide licensure in the Commonwealth of VA
- BLS HCP certification or equivalent
