Life Form Specialist
$61,781-$76,608 minimum starting pay
Job Level: Individual Contributor
What You Will Be Doing:
Responsible for meeting the needs and requirements established by upper management in conducting studies, collecting and analyzing data, and developing new and revised insurance products, policies, and forms.
What We're Looking For:
- Independent and critical thinker
- Planning, organization, and scheduling skills required
- Superior decision-making skills for determining priorities for implementation of forms changes on a timely basis
- Completion of college level course of study, Legal Assistant/Paralegal designation, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with Westlaw or other legal search tools and with SERFF filing platform preferred
- Industry insurance courses through LOMA, American College, etc. helpful
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
