Shelter Insurance – Travis Farran Agency is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing team. We are a fast-paced agency that takes pride in serving and supporting the El Dorado Springs community. If you enjoy helping people, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Office Hours

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Discuss insurance needs with prospective clients by phone, text, and in person.
• Recommend products and services that best fit each client's needs.
• Service existing accounts by:
• Making policy changes
• Accepting premium payments
• Assisting with claims
• Handling various agency-related tasks
• Engage in meaningful conversations that provide value to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Participate in local community events and activities as a representative of the agency.

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be willing to obtain:
• Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Life & Health Insurance License
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for helping individuals and families protect what matters most.
