Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Prospect, develop, and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
Conduct needs-based consultations to recommend appropriate insurance products (auto, home, and life)
Generate quotes, present coverage options, and close sales
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Cross-sell and upsell additional products to existing clients
Client Service & Retention
Provide ongoing service to policyholders, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage reviews
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Assist clients with billing questions, claims guidance, and policy documentation
Conduct annual policy reviews to ensure proper coverage and identify additional needs
Build long-term relationships to drive retention and referrals
Administrative & Compliance
Maintain accurate client records within agency management systems
Ensure all activities comply with state regulations and company standards
Process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations in a timely manner
Stay current on product knowledge and underwriting guidelines

Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
Active Life insurance license required
Previous insurance sales and/or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Ability to manage both sales and service responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
