Haulers Regional Field Marketing Manager
$87,893 - $128,253 / minimum starting pay
Job Level – Manager

What You Will Be Doing:
This position will lead implementation of corporate marketing plans within the assigned territory by overseeing Marketing Representatives and agency partners. The Regional Manager will have responsibility for planning, organizing, budgeting, agency relations, production and performance management, training, and development. The Regional Manager will coordinate and lead all regional marketing efforts and agency recruitment activities.
Position requires travel as needed to meet business requirements - up to 50% of the time.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrate superior communication and interpersonal skills to train, motivate, and direct staff
- Drive sales and agency development efforts
- Analyze competitive landscape and recommend changes/modifications to product offerings and underwriting appetite
- Analyze reports and metrics to inform decisions.
- Apply budgeting, planning, organizing, and decision-making skills
- Manage schedules and collaborate effectively across teams
- Pursue continuing education through in-house and industry seminars on products, competitive practices, and motivation
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products and policies
- Property & Casualty insurance experience as a marketing representative, underwriter, agent, field manager, or similar role; 7 years preferred
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
