Insurance Sales Agent – Full or Part -Time

Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Present policy options clearly and professionally
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support
- Meet sales targets and stay informed on product offerings and regulations
Qualifications
- Insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
- Active state insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Compensation
- Commission - only with no cap on earnings
- Minimum commission available based on monthly sales target
