About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to help individuals and families protect what matters most. In this role, you will build relationships, identify client needs, and recommend insurance solutions that provide long-term value and peace of mind.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
- Meet with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Present, explain, and sell insurance products clearly and ethically
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing policy support
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals
- Maintain accurate client records and follow compliance guidelines
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one—we may sponsor)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
