Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team at Meadows Insurance Agency. This is a part-time or full-time, on-site position located in Paducah, KY. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for advising clients on various insurance products, including auto, home, and other coverage options tailored to individual needs. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, assessing their insurance needs, providing policy recommendations, handling policy updates, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a commitment to achieving sales targets and contributing to enhancing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance practices.
- Strong foundation in Customer Service with proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Knowledge in Insurance Brokerage services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Must obtain necessary licensing for selling insurance in accordance with state requirements.
- Familiarity with the Paducah, KY region and market is a plus.
