What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (6 years) as a Data Architect or a similar role, with a focus on data architecture design and implementation typically required.
- Strong understanding of data modeling techniques, database design principles, and data management best practices.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and languages, such as ERwin, ER/Studio, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of dbtLabs, Astronomer, Github, Reltio, Qlik Replicate is preferred
- Experience with data integration technologies, such as ETL/ELT tools and data integration platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, and data lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of data security and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design scalable and robust data architectures.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
