What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Supervisor position at Shelter Care, Inc.?
The Highlands Teen Pregnancy is looking for individuals who are passionate about working with pregnant and parenting teens. We are currently one of two licensed residential teen pregnancy shelters across the state of Ohio. The Highlands provides critical services to homeless and at-risk pregnant or parenting teens, ages 14-18, and their babies. We operate 24/7 and are currently hiring part-time staff for all shifts. The Role of Residential Supervisors are to assist with providing a safe, warm, and trauma-informed environment for pregnant and parenting teens and their babies. Number of hours scheduled will depend on the availability of the employee. You must be 21 years of age or older, pass all required background checks, and facilitate Life Skills and Parenting Skills Activities, as well as other duties as asked for by the Program Director. Pay rate is $18 per hour.
