One of Cleveland's most anticipated new luxury addresses just landed along the Cuyahoga River — and we're looking for the leasing professional who's going to set the standard from day one.
We're talking riverfront views, modern industrial design, and an amenity package that practically sells itself. Resort-inspired pool, golf simulator, coworking spaces, covered garage parking, a movie theater, and residences finished with granite countertops, walk-in showers, and in-unit washer/dryer.
The product is exceptional. Now we need the professional who can close it.
What you'll be doing:
- Converting prospects into residents at the highest effective rent level — you know how to hold the line on price
- Managing the full leasing cycle: calls, tours, applications, move-ins
- Maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects and following up with urgency
- Conducting market surveys and staying sharp on the competitive landscape
- Supporting resident retention and renewal efforts
- Keeping resident files, data, and documentation airtight
What we're looking for:
- Previous multifamily leasing experience is required — this is non-negotiable. Applications without leasing experience will not be considered
- Entrata experience strongly preferred — candidates with Yardi, RealPage, or AppFolio will also be considered
- Proficient sales skills with a track record of closing
- Strong verbal communication and professional presence
- Customer service mindset that doesn't quit after the lease is signed
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
- Reliable transportation required
