Requires
· Knowledge of bakery production processes and food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, FSMA).
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar administrative software.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in bakery or food manufacturing quality assurance preferred.
· HACCP and PCQI certifications are a plus.
