Duties
- Install, repair, and commission commercial ice machines in compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on ice machines.
- Conduct repairs involving, equipment replacement, or mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and logs of all maintenance activities performed
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on refrigeration, appliance repair, or property maintenance
- Strong mechanical knowledge of commercial ice machines.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters for troubleshooting electrical components
- Mechanical skills including welding and equipment repair are preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
