Policy Management: Customize insurance plans to cater to the unique requirements of each client.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our agency.
Requirements
Licensing: Must possess a valid Washington State Property & Casualty License or be willing to obtain one.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey information and build relationships.
