Job Summary
We are a fast growing military and law enforcement e-commerce company that is looking for a motivated individual seeking an opportunity for long term growth potential. This person will join the team to provide order picking, packaging, and shipping support for multiple online sales channels. The majority of time is spent in a warehouse handling all aspects of shipping products around the country. Law Enforcement or Military experience is strongly preferred.
The ability to not shy away from physical labor is required. This is a fast-paced position with no shortage of tasks. A moderate understanding of how the internet, Windows PCs, and online shopping works is also required.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking role is a plus but not required.
- Basic understanding and familiarity with military and law enforcement organizations.
- Law enforcement or military experience is strongly preferred.
