Loan Processor Job Description:
Shell Lake State Bank is seeking a Loan Processor to join our team in our Hayward office. Primary responsibilities include preparing loan documents for all types of loans, creating and maintaining accurate loan files, creating and maintaining accurate loan information within the computer system, assisting customers with loan questions and other duties to assist the Loan Officers. This position requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills as well as an ability to multi task while remaining calm under pressure to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Strong math skills with the ability to perform arithmetic calculations quickly and accurately
- Experience in cashiering or cash management preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
