Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Shell Island Resort . In this role, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Train new team members on cleaning protocols and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Address guest concerns related to cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality environment.
