Territory Sales Executive – Optical Solutions

Join a global leader in premium optical technology. Our client is seeking a driven sales professional to grow and support a thriving $3–4M territory already performing at 100% of quota.
What You’ll Do:
- Make 5–6 daily calls to Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and Opticians
- Manage and expand existing accounts while driving new business
- Represent cutting-edge lens technology, coatings, and digital tools
- Partner with practices to enhance patient outcomes and business growth
What You Bring:
- 2–12 years of sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
- Familiarity with healthcare, optical, or technical sales preferred
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $85-90K $38K first-year commission
- Car allowance ($500/month) mileage
- Top reps earn $200K–$250K
