Associate Territory Manager (Medical Device Sales)
Our client, an innovative manufacturer in venous and lymphatic care, is expanding and hiring Associate Territory Managers in Westchester, NY and two territories in Connecticut. This field‑based role focuses on supporting patients in their homes while driving physician adoption of the company’s solutions.
What you'll do
- Manage and grow relationships with clinics, hospitals, and patient networks
- Drive new business by educating physicians and onboarding new sources
- Conduct in‑home patient visits to support therapy adoption
Compensation
- Base: $55-70K with $140K OTE
- Mileage, expenses, full benefits, 401(k)
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of outside sales
- Bachelor’s degree
- Live within the territory
- Comfortable working directly with patients in a field‑based environment
