Wide Format Production Specialist – ShelDon Print Shop
Duluth, Minnesota Full-Time Position
Location: On Site
Monday - Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm
ShelDon is a small, local print shop in Duluth, MN, dedicated to delivering high-quality printing and signage solutions with a strong focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. We’re a close-knit team that values reliability, attention to detail, and collaboration. We’re looking for a dependable team player to join our Wide Format Department.
Position Overview
In this hands-on role, you’ll support our wide format production by handling vinyl graphics, laminating, finishing, and packaging. You’ll help turn customer designs into professional, durable finished products for signs, displays, and more. This is an active, physical position in a fast-paced but supportive small-shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on production work where attention to detail, craftsmanship and problem solving matters every day
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist with material handling, inventory, and general production tasks as needed
- Collaborate closely with the team to meet deadlines
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, positive attitude and proven team-player mindset
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow detailed job instructions
- Willingness to learn new processes and equipment in a small-shop setting
