Job Overview

We seek a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing venipuncture, and managing medical documentation.Conduct thorough patient assessments, prioritizing medical needs and delivering effective care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Experience

• Current RN licensure is required.
• Experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facility settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
