Duties
- Safely operate standard passenger vehicles, including manual transmission models, to move cars within the dealership lot and service areas.
- Assist guests with parking, retrieving, and valet services to enhance their overall experience.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks such as moving tires, parts, or equipment to support service operations.
- Process cash transactions accurately for parking fees or related services while maintaining proper cashiering procedures.
- Conduct outdoor work activities including vehicle inspections, yard organization, and ensuring lot safety standards are met.
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements and address guest needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area to uphold a professional appearance.
Experience
- Prior experience in guest services or hospitality roles is highly desirable.
- Dealership experience or familiarity with automotive service environments is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating standard passenger cars and manual transmissions preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting and outdoor work comfortably.
- Basic cash handling skills combined with retail math proficiency for processing transactions accurately.
