- Diagnose basic automotive issues using diagnostic tools and mechanical expertise to identify necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance services including brake inspections, fluid top-offs, and filter replacements.
- Assist with customer service by explaining repairs, recommending additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support team members by mentoring junior technicians and sharing best practices for automotive repair.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background.
- Strong mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive diagnostics and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment.
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes, tire service, alignments, and brake repairs.
