What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant position at Shelby Ridge Rehab Select?
We exist to ENHANCE THE LIVES OF OUR RESIDENTS! For that reason, we are expanding our AWESOME THERAPY TEAM. We are searching for compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapy Assistants to help us carry out resident centered care.
Responsibilities Will Include:
- Under the direction of the Licensed Physical Therapist, provides physical therapy services to patients with health-related conditions that interfere with their ability to function in their daily lives.
- Carries out the plan of care designed by physical therapist, educating patients in activities of daily living, teaching therapeutic exercises and providing treatments.
- Measures and documents response to treatment and communicates changes to the Physical Therapist
