Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Overseeing Charge Nurses, assessing new/current residents, providing treatments and administering medications according to physician orders, documenting and completing all necessary paperwork on your residents, building relationships with residents and their family members, as well as working to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment for your team.
