- Greet customers promptly and provide an exceptional service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
- Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
- Upsell recommended services, maintenance packages, and accessories
- Provide accurate estimates and timelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction from check-in to vehicle delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business
- Maintain knowledge of manufacturer programs, warranties, and service specials
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales ability with confidence recommending services and products
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
