Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process vehicle titles, registrations, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Verify ownership details and ensure all paperwork complies with legal requirements
- Coordinate with sales, finance, service departments and customers to facilitate smooth title transfers
- Maintain organized records of all title transactions for audit purposes
- Communicate effectively with state agencies, lienholders, and customers regarding title status or issues
- Manage file inventory controls related to vehicle titles and registration documents
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and phone etiquette to support team operations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in DMV or dealership environments is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of document management systems and retail math principles
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with public speaking and customer service best practices
- Experience with outbound sales or retail sales is advantageous but not required
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism
