We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to serve as a Sr. Contracts Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified professional to serve as a Sr. Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of contract administration and collaborate with other company departments to ensure the organization is compliant with all agency legal and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cradle to grave contract administration for all contracts and subcontracts within the organization.
- Oversee a portfolio of complex contract matters and provide strategic advice and counsel on all contractual, risk, capture, growth, and procurement-related items.
- Manage and provide leadership for contracts administration including proposal preparation and assessment of terms and conditions to ensure the organization is protected from unusual risks.
- Author, review, and negotiate Nondisclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Professional Services Agreements, Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, and modifications thereto.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university in business management, business administration, legal studies, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years relevant professional experience in contract management roles.
- Certified Government Contracts Management professional certification strongly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of contract administration principles, proposal preparation, industry practices, regulations, and policies.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contract negotiations, contract administration, and Government procurement.
- Ability to author, review, propose alternative clauses, and execute Teaming Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding, Non-disclosure Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, and other Corporate Agreements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interface with all internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams Conferencing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and printer/scanner.
