Shelburne Vineyard is looking for a driven and experienced General & Tasting Room Manager to lead our hospitality team. This full-time role involves working 5 days a week, including weekends. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and inspire the Tasting Room and other hospitality teams.
- Develop and execute engaging tasting experiences and events.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive sales growth and Wine Club membership.
- Support marketing initiatives and new wine launches.
- Prepare accounting, sales, and other business reports.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of hospitality management experience in a leadership role.
- Proven success in sales-driven hospitality.
- Strong customer service and team leadership skills.
- Professional wine experience or a genuine passion for wine with a desire for continuous learning.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in systems such as Square, 7Shifts, and QuickBooks.
