Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Operate cash registers accurately, processing payments and handling cash transactions.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to provide prompt service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or food service within a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and the ability to create new cocktails.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Fine dining experience is a plus but not required.
