Build Your Own Practice Without Starting From Zero
We are seeking an entrepreneurial, patient-centered Medical Doctor interested in building something long-term within a supportive, physician-owned multidisciplinary clinic.
This role is designed for someone who wants professional autonomy today while working toward future leadership, partnership, and potential ownership opportunities over time based on performance, commitment, and contribution to the clinic.
Rather than taking on the financial risk and operational burden of starting a practice alone, this opportunity allows you to grow a practice inside an established clinic with existing systems, patient flow, infrastructure, and professional collaboration already in place.
Recent graduates and providers interested in expanding their musculoskeletal treatment skills are welcome. PRP experience is not required; training is provided.
Ideal for someone who wants independence without startup headaches and the ability to build a meaningful, long-term career path.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
- Existing patient flow and referral opportunities
- Established operational and scheduling systems
- Administrative, billing, and marketing support
- Clinical autonomy and flexibility in your approach to patient care
- Opportunity to build specialty programs and service lines
- Collaborative physician-owned clinic environment
- Flexible scheduling options with no on-call requirements
- Long-term leadership and growth potential
- Future ownership-track opportunity for the right candidate
Specialty Growth Opportunities
We welcome providers interested in developing or expanding specialty areas such as:
- Musculoskeletal medicine
- Regenerative medicine, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
- Joint and soft-tissue injections
- Nonsurgical pain management
- Sports injuries and recovery
- Coordinated rehabilitation programs
- Community education and patient workshops
We encourage providers to help shape their own niche and contribute to the long-term vision of the clinic. PRP training is provided, with procedures performed within appropriate scope and demonstrated competency.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Patient-centered and relationship-focused
- Interested in learning and expanding clinical skills
- Growth-oriented with leadership potential
- Interested in helping build systems and programs
- Team-oriented and collaborative
- Seeking long-term opportunity and stability
- Comfortable exercising clinical judgment and seeking consultation when needed
Responsibilities
- Provide medical evaluations and individualized treatment plans
- Order and review appropriate imaging and diagnostic studies
- Perform appropriate musculoskeletal treatments and outpatient procedures
- Evaluate patients for PRP and perform procedures following training
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clinic staff
- Contribute to practice growth and specialty program development
- Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with Arizona licensing requirements
Responsibilities and procedures will align with each provider’s licensure, scope of practice, training, and demonstrated competency.
Qualifications
- Active Arizona licensure in good standing as an NP, DO, MD, or NMD before starting
- Appropriate certification and credentials for the patients and services provided
- Current malpractice insurance or willingness to obtain coverage
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Professional, dependable, and growth-minded approach
- Experience in musculoskeletal medicine, rehabilitation, pain management, or sports medicine preferred but not required
Long-Term Opportunity
This position is structured for someone who wants more than a traditional clinical role. Over time, strong performance, leadership, and contribution to the clinic may lead to expanded leadership responsibilities, phased partnership discussions, and future ownership opportunities.
