Job Summary:
Join our team at SHEIN as a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Driver. This role involves general warehouse duties and forklift operation, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a variety of lift trucks, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers, to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Load and unload products from trailers, containers, or shelves, using warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the warehouse and lift trucks to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety and quality standards.
- Operate a forklift in a safe and responsible manner, ensuring the safety of oneself and others.
- Participate in training programs to improve knowledge of lift trucks and warehouse management systems.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines and regulations.
- Conduct order picking and shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating lift trucks, including clamp trucks and cherry pickers.
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and physical ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must have the flexibility to work in any shift as needed.
