Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of a state-approved In Home Health Care Aide training program.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with medication management and administration, as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to healthcare professionals.
