We are seeking a professional and highly organized Legal Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative tasks essential to our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with calendaring—preferably managing multiple calendars—along with strong verbal, written, and proofreading skills.
This role requires someone who is proactive, efficient, and tech-savvy, with the ability to anticipate and resolve disruptions before they impact workflow. The right candidate will be self-motivated, well-organized, and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise. A positive attitude and the ability to provide five-star customer service while interacting with a diverse range of personalities are essential.

Prior experience as a legal receptionist, administrative assistant, or front desk professional, preferably in a law firm or fast-paced professional environment
Proven experience with calendaring and scheduling, including managing multiple calendars and coordinating appointments
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent proofreading and attention to detail
High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive or difficult situations with discretion, poise, and courtesy
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and anticipate workflow disruptions
Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems, document management platforms, and email-based communication
Demonstrated ability to collect, summarize, and accurately document client intake information
Customer-service oriented mindset with a commitment to providing a five-star experience to clients and visitors
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team
Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities
