Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Project will be at Sheppard Air Force Base.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction scheduling tools to coordinate all phases of construction.
- Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Monitor construction safety protocols in accordance with OSHA standards and federal safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety at all times.
- Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing cost-control measures to stay within financial targets.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure work meets specified standards and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers to facilitate seamless communication and project progress updates.
- Supervise the review of construction drawings and technical documents to resolve issues proactively before they impact the schedule or budget.
- Efficient with computers/software
- Ensure compliance with all construction regulations while managing site logistics including pipeline management for ongoing projects.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
