Duties
- Deal poker games efficiently and accurately, following established casino procedures and game rules
- Maintain a lively and professional demeanor to enhance guest experience and engagement
- Ensure strict adherence to casino game integrity rules and regulatory compliance at all times
- Handle cash, chips, and betting transactions with precision, ensuring accurate accounting of all table activity
- Manage casino table accessories such as cards, chips, and betting equipment to facilitate smooth gameplay
- Resolve conflicts or disputes at the table promptly using conflict management skills while maintaining a positive environment
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members to ensure seamless game flow and guest satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience dealing poker or other casino table games is highly preferred
- Knowledge of casino game rules, especially poker variants, blackjack, craps, and other popular table games
- Strong understanding of casino operations regulatory compliance requirements
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Basic math skills and numeracy to handle cash handling, chip calculations, and game payouts accurately
- Experience managing conflicts effectively in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Familiarity with casino cash handling procedures and use of table games accessories is advantageous
