Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Job Overview
We are seeking an individual that can keep track of items at outside vendors, pack and wrap, ink stamp & help with quality control. You will be expected to follow up on jobs at outside vendors and work with shop personnel to managed work flow.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries against purchase orders, verifying quantities, and documenting discrepancies.
• Prepare outgoing shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols.
• Utilize shop management system to create shippers and purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries and pick ups with driver.

Skills

• Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving processes.
• Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift certification is preferred.
• Basic math skills for counting items, measuring packages, and verifying shipment details.
• Knowledge of e-commerce logistics workflows including packaging standards and label application.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, inventory management, and documentation. Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
