Position Overview
The Production Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring cases move efficiently through our production process. This position focuses on coordinating with our production facility, managing workflow, organizing shipments, and making sure every case is tracked accurately from start to finish.
This is an operations-focused role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks without constant supervision.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication with our production facility.
- Send digital cases and ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
- Monitor production progress and follow up on outstanding questions.
- Organize and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Receive incoming production cases and verify they are matched correctly.
- Track cases throughout the production process.
- Maintain organized workflow and production records.
- Follow company SOPs and established workflows.
- Prioritize tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist with additional operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with computers and email.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
