Sheehy Lexus of Richmond is seeking Energetic and Motivated Experienced and New to the Industry Sales Consultants! If you have ONE year or more of Automotive Sales experience and are a result-driven team player, who not only want to close the sale, but to turn new buyers into lifetime customers. Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
- Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons
Requirements
- Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
- A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
