Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energetic employee for a part-time Receptionist position, working alternating weekends and some weekdays. The position is 18-22 hours a week over 3-4 days. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to positively impact our overall customer experience every day, serving as the representative of our dealership's first impression. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Process customer payments (cash, check, and credit card) accurately
- Generate receipts and maintain accurate transaction records
- Reconcile daily transactions at the end of each shift
- Address customer inquiries and direct them to appropriate staff members
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate as needed
- Support administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, MVR, and drug test)
