What You’ll Do
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Communicate with customers via phone, online, and chat
- Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction
- Support service team efficiency and customer engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; dual screens a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
