Individuals with experience serving customers in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, just to name a few, have found SUCCESS in automobile sales! Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Customer service and/or Sales experience in ANY industry is welcomed - excellent training is provided!
• Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service, and follow-up skills
• Have a coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA with a valid driver’s license
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
