Responsibilities
- Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
- Guide buyers through a proven sales process from start to finish to close deals
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories (training provided)
- Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
- Maintain accurate customer records and contact information using CRM tools
- Follow-up with customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through focused personal marketing efforts, networking, and telemarketing outreach
- Stay up-tp date and maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to help provide clients with informative comparisons
- Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.
- A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
- Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
- Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Annual Earning Potential $60,000-$100,000
- Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission
