Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is seeking an energetic individual for the full-time Receptionist/Café Concierge position. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impressions representative. Responsibilities

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain Cafe Duties
• Maintaine and cleaned the store, inventory, and stock
• Adhere to food safety procedures
• Handle cash and record customers’ order information accurately
• Other duties assigned
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• A professional appearance
• A clean driving record & valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
